Have to admit I ignored Guild for a lot of years. Pretty dumb, eh? I rediscovered Guild after a friend sent me a gift, a 1978 G37. Wow. So, I'm an old coot now and have all of the guitars 2 or 4 people need. One thing I would like to have before shuffling off the mortal coil is an Epiphone Casino. So's I gots to pondering... does Guild make something similar? I'm also thinking Starfire without a vibrato, but am wanting a fully hollow guitar. Thanks in advance for the help.

They are pretty uncommon, but Guild made a fully hollow maple thinline with P-90s - the Starfire III P-90 - from 2000-03. Unlike the Casino, it will have a Guild Bigsby. Keep on the lookout as they pop up from time to time.

Here's mine.

That's the one I want. I can live with a Bigsby. I have what they call a "Rockbox", which is a hollow body slightly shallower than the standard ES175 depth. Would love a thinline. Your box is exactly what I'm looking for. Fantastic. Thank you for the response.

They don’t come up for sale very often. I’ve had two. Regret selling them both.
