Abel Selaocoe is a highly skilled South African cellist with a strong Classical background. He is also an incredibly gifted singer, his singing rooted in his African community. He works a lot with a contemporary music string group out of England, the Manchester Collective. He shies away from calling the music Fusion, preferring to call it musics from different traditions that co-exist.

The Manchester Collective is on a limited tour of North America with Selaocoe in April.

The group has an electric bass player so this all sort of fits with a guitar site ... well if you squint a bit.
