So, she came from CA today all wrapped up in her original 2520 case. She has clearly told plenty of stories over the years and she’s not afraid to show it, and I totally don’t care. Her neck is DEAD ON straight, action is superb at 2mm at the 12th, and she sings like a cello. I’ll post lots more pics tomorrow when I have better light in my office, but I have to say: I’ve owned a Corona-era F50R, a ‘79 G212, and a ‘95 DV62…none of which are with me any longer…and this little beauty makes me incredibly happy and plays and sounds every bit of what a guitar that was built when I was in 4th grade should. It feels VERY good to be holding a Guild again.
