I lived there from 1978 to 82, I loved it there. I worked on the WPPS power plants. Unfortunately anyone from Washington knows what they are. I am a Boston native and it took quite a bit of adjustment. Being an easterner we think we know how to do things better; in reality we don't. Oh yeah, my wife is a native Washingtonian, who I met in the Tri Cities.
