Apologies if this has been thrown out there in the past. I believe the Starfire IV was offered at some point (1980s?) with the option of having Dimarzios. Anyone own one or previously own one that can offer an opinion on sound and tone? I’m curious because I like the Super Distortion pickup a lot. Wonder if it would sound great or just so-so in the semi-hollow. I’m sure Guild offered it for a reason.
