I got another '96 X170. Same year as the other X170AB Manhattan I've got but blonde this time. Other than the color, the one difference between this '96 is that the end of the fingerboard is squared and the end of the 'bursts fingerboard is rounded. Didn't notice til I got her home. Now that I've looked at other picks of this model, some are squared and some aren't. Anyway, put on a fresh set of T/I's and adjusted the truss rod a bit and she sounds and plays like buttuh. No other really noticeable differences in the way this one feels or sounds than the other '96, as expected, but I was just jones'n for the blonde. Pics on the way :D

Congrats and enjoy! Looking forward to the pics, my first archtop hollowbody was a blonde SFII and i always loved the look of the blonde ever since then.
