Hi there ! I'm new hrre, and new to Guild's world...
I'm about to buy a F50 wich serial number is CU000232..
I understand it's been made in Corona (CA), but can't find a way to determine the year it was manufactured, and also if the price I'm asked for it is about right (1200€, I'm in France...)
Anyone to help ?
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hello Grolivek,

Welcome! Your guitar is about 20 years old and if the guitar is in good structural condition and doesn't need any additional work to make it playable, the price they're asking is really fair! Do you get the original case with it?

Good luck!

Sincerely,

Hans Moust

Actually, that price is way low for a Corona-built Guild F50, which means it might need some repairs. If you're not able to inspect the guitar before buying it, I'd suggest asking the seller a lot of questions about it. Good luck!

I'm not sure about "way low," Cougs, but it's certainly good.

Well, assuming you have some assurance that the guitar is in good shape, you should buy it. That would be a terrific price for a Corona -built F-50 in the US. I have a Corona-built D-50, and I have no complaints about its build quality.
