Hello all. I found a 1978 D25c or e that looks to have had a checkered past. I found it for cheap at a pawn shop. It needs some work like a new nut and saddle and a good set up. I’ve had it for a few weeks and noticed right away the fretboard goes all of the way to, and follows the radius of the sound hole. The fretboard looks as beat up as the rest of the guitar so I figured it was original but searching online, all the Guild D25’s have squared off fretboard ends. I’m guessing the fretboard was replaced? Maybe not? Any opinions? It doesn’t make a difference to me, just curious.
