Nothing unusual in the mountains, but the lowlands are picking up a little bit of the white stuff today, tomorrow....

On the creek trail early this morning

....and the weatherman says we'll return to rain on Wednesday, so we'll be back in stride. It's all good. 8)

We're at 5 above and supposed to be -5 before the nights over here. Forecast is for 10 above to 5 below through Wednesday.

I'm right on the saltwater so a more moderate marine climate is the rule of thumb here.
Rains downtown and just 30 miles to the east is the world-record-snowfall champ!
Pretty contrasty stuff up here when you throw in a little elevation.

Stay warm and dry,
Joe

We had a place on Whidbey once. Nice winters there in comparison to Montana some days. I never took the time to spend time in Greenbank like I should have.
Gone now. I let it get away.

I like Whidbey a lot. I do a presentation in Coupeville just about every year, usually in the fall, and I could live there.

But, we all have to be someplace.
