I just scanned this brochure to add it to my Guild Literature book and I thought I'd post it here just for the heck of it.

Interestingly enough, there's no date or manufacturer info/location on the brochure. I believe its from 1994 and might be the last literature issued from U.S. Music Corp. before FMIC took over. <Awaits correction from Hans>

They are out there. When I was sort of looking for a Pilot it seems that all the Pilots for sale in interesting colors were five string, which was of no interest to me.

I seem to recall a green 5 string that had some connection with the Hatted One.

Kurt, do you own a Brian May?
No!

Hey Grot,

You should get an Aristocrat first! Or, if you can't live with the headstock, get an M-75 Bluesbird. At least that would be an original Guild design!

But to get back to the original subject, you might enjoy this little 'blooper' from the design department.
These things can happen when you rely on your spellchecker!

Hans, I always enjoy climbing abroad don't you?

I have always wanted a birth year ('59) Sunburst Aristocrat but back when I had the money the right one never came along.

I already have a M-75 Bluesbird;

Although I've always been a little confused on when the Bluesbirds were completely hollow. This '72 is not, hence the post mounted bridge.

Oh, and just for the record, here's the solid M-75 Bluebird;

Kurt,
The Brain May "Pro BM01" sure looks like the cool unit to have. I have especially become a Brian May fan lately, since he has been performing the song "39" a lot on a Guild F512. I am always intrigued with other player's perception of how the F512 should be played. Albeit Brian May is absolutely marvelous with tone and technique on any electric guitar.
