It has good silk & steel strings.
Silk and steel strings were developed by Yamaha.
Yamaha calls them compound strings.MIJ.
Yamaha's compound strings are softer than Martin's silk light strings, and are much easier to play over long periods of time.
Please try once.
It's weird, Toshi, I don't see any mention of Yamaha's guitar strings on the US (Yamaha) web site.

I too like the SITs and often, they are super affordable on Amazon Prime. I have tried the .11-.50s on my D25 flat. I disagree that they stay in tune however. lol. I have debunked that theory.
Y'gotta leave 'em on longer than a 1/2 hour, give 'em some time to settle in.
Of course, the Stringhunter couldn't otherwise survive.

USAはStringsの値段が安いです。
先日、日本のお店でSITを買いましたが、7ドルでした。
うらやましいです。

I see them on Amazon but only in 11's.
Guys, sorry, I think I wasn't clear. I was only saying that I couldn't find Yamaha strings on Yamaha's US web site. Yeah, it looks like you can buy them (in the US) on Amazon and probably other places as well.
