Tuning Machine Bushing Needed for 1969 Starfire

Hi,

Below are some photos of the tuning machines and below those are the bushings from my 1969 Guild Starfire IV. I've had this guitar for almost 30 years and it's seen a great deal of use in that time. At some point in the 80s, I lost 2 of the tuning machine bushings. These have been identified as Kolb tuners by another person in the Fix It forum. I'd really like to find 2 but would be willing to buy and entire set if someone has them. Any leads would be appreciated.
