I don't believe y'all need the tease of a page count... I feel you motivated enough. You can run free! No pressure added! Total freedom I say. You can even play it naked if you want.... as long as you don't post the pics.
Moby Grape, Wow:..."Naked, if I want to".
I'm sorry, what were we talking about, again? :? :D

 Have you ever read something that you absolutely knew wasn't true? How've you been brother?

C'mon now Jim.... if it's online, ya know it's gotta be true.
Right. They're not allowed to put anything on the interenet that isn't true.
It's unconstitutional.

It's a thread about nature.
I thought I was right on topic. Did I derive? Now that would be a first. :?

While we're reading, check out page 26 of the Dec 2012 issue of Vintage Guitar mag, full page article by John Thomas, law professor & self proclaimed "Mediocre Guitar Player"; "The CITES Noose Tightens"

It's a good read.

Here Be Dragons...um... Politics.
Right, 'at's what I was trying to say, sorry for the oopsie on proper terminology.
And didn't have time to find this last night, but especially for Joe:
Moby Grape
Warning: Youtube content with archaic protest ideology, but no nudity despite the provocative title.. :D

This could well be a step in the right direction. The obvious obstacles would be too detailed a title search when making application for the passport and a paperwork nightmare while applying.

I have my guitars covered on a separate policy with my insurer, USAA. I specifically asked if I was fully covered should I take a guitar out of the country and have it confiscated by Customs via the CITES treaty (and never returned).

Turns out I AM fully covered for that possibility.

While I love my guitars, I know I can find new ones that I love equally should something happen to mine. Hence, as I head back to London later this month to play at The Ruskin House Folk & Blues Club, I'll be taking a guitar without worry should it be confiscated.

BTW, I pay about $200/yr for full replacement value coverage on the 16 guitars currently in my stash. Dirt cheap to do so and I sleep very well at night.

What about the furniture in your house? What about the furniture and other items in estate sales? Will we have to have CITES certification to have a garage sale? I believe that down the road we will find out that this has more to do with activism than it does preserving wood or forest or trees.

Agreed, and to misquote Chazmo ....it still sucks!
