What finish is this Pilot

I think we were talking about Pilots with this color fairly recently but I can't find it in the search, and I don't remember what it was called.
That's definitely a maple top, and the finish is a transparent something... It's not green as those are, well, much greener.
I'm sure someone will come along with the details. Again, welcome aboard. Consider using LTG to sell it when the time comes.

I do believe that's a Charcoal Transparent, looks a lot like the one Grot ID'd in post #16 in this thread:I have a 1987 Guild Pilot w/ HSC that I’m gearing up to sell.

I believe it was called "transparent black" My old fretless had that finish, and it looks like chocolate over the maple body. Probably my favorite color of all for Pilot basses, but my smurf blue '86 is the best one I've played to this point.
Can't advise you on that, Tdowd. I'm sure some of the gang will be around to help you with that.
And, yes! Transparent Charcoal sounds right.
That part I can figure out online. It was just tough to find the color, and without that, tough to dial in on a value.
It’s a cool bass. Super playable.
