That concert video is great - if you look at Georgie Fame and the Blue Flames at around 15:20 you'll see a young John Mclaughlin(?) on a Starfire. Fame is possibly Britan's best r&b artist.

Wow, surprise, thanks! Don't think I ever knew he was with 'em.
Definitely my favorite period of music history, '65-70.

So my very cool god-daughter Anna Maria sent me an email where she spotted a Guild in this Raconteurs video. I had to watch it twice to see it for sure (headstock shot at around 30 secs). She shows immense promise!!

Pretty sure that guy has a vintage a Aristocrat (late 50s/early 60s).

No surprise there, I'm pretty sure that Willy DeVille & Peter Wolf were drinking buddies. :peaceful:

That Guild sounds nice! Great clip! I had forgotten about Peter Wolf! Not bad for 70!

Hag, that's a pretty intense video if it was made in the '60's! Great stuff!

Glad you liked it mate. That was their second single and was released in '67. It was one of the first music video clips ever released in Australia.
