Yeah, me too. Every time I open the case I gasp.

Ha ha, I bet! For me, it just starts a bunch of feverish "what if I offered him $5k worth of other guitars for it" fantasy scheming.

Very few of my guitars have names. My name for the Nightbird is "The best electric I've ever played." It not only looks great, it plays great and sounds great. It is truly a magnificent instrument in every way.

$5k isn't enough. :subdued:

Yeah, my X-700 is that way. Probably only get it out a few times a year -- in truth, I'm terrified of putting any wear on it.
