Exactly! With respect to the impressive inlay work, the rosewood grain is the most impressive part of that guitar, IMHO. Wow.

I can appreciate the work and skill on this guitar. This is more "guitar as canvas" type of thing. Kinda sad that it's probably not going to get much playing time. And while I appreciate the work, it's kinda pointless to me on a musical instrument. The Brazilian rosewood steals the show, as has been said. It's a bit over the top.......

Martin had their 2 millionth guitar on display at the recent Winter NAMM show. Yowza: Bling-O-Rama! But guitars like this are meant to be presented rather than played.
