I agree, Richard. I can only imagine how much stress that places on the top though. I'm thinking it must be specially braced or reinforced somehow. I noticed he didn't make use of the Bigsby at all during this particular song.

I wouldn't mind experimenting with that setup but I wouldn't use a high end "Guild shield" guitar to do it!

Well so it looks pretty darn slick. No doubt it must be hard on the guitar. I'll stick to leaving my trem bars on my electrics though..
