Rob Scallon is a youtuber who is primarily a metal / electric guit player ( my kids are in to him ), but he is recording with what looks to be an awful minty Guild D35 into a 100 year old wax recorder. Pretty cool video - really cool super old gear. Is it a D35? I caught a shot of some bracing on the inside so I know it is not a D25. Headstock is too plain to be a D40 I believe.

Yep, think you're right about D35.
While chesterfields came and went on D40's, I think they always got white binding and a fancier rosette than I see there:
