Kathy Mattea is one of my Favorites of all time. She was popular during a time in Country music where there were just quality artists and song writers all over the radio. None of the "Shake Your Money Maker" B.S. but music with actual ties to traditional Country Roots. Some of the other artists of the time that come to mind when I think of Kathy are Pam Tillis, Collin Raye, Steve Wariner, Patty Loveless, etc... That was one of if not my Favorite all time periods in Country Music. Kathy Mattea definitely has the voice of an Angel and immediately transports me back to that time when ever I hear her sing. Thanks for the memory Jog Tomas!

Sadly I get "An error occurred. Please try again later." from YouTube. Doesn't seem to be my connection, or a general problem with Kathy Mattea on YouTube. A tipsy copy/paste hiccup?

    I love that lady too!!
I was fortunate enough to be mesmerized by her in a small intimate venue when she came up here to the north country 3 years ago.
Not a very good photo, but I managed to grab this image with my phone....

Note the Guild F-30 being played by her guitarist Bill Cooley.
To my delight, he played the F-30 for 90% of the songs.

I can see why you would think that, but it's actually a GF-50. Great player!

    Hey hey hey !!!

That picture is GREAT - unlike so many with their phones you seem to have the sense of not using automatic flash, that ruins 99% of pics in large rooms.
First good guitar - GUILD Duane Eddy 400 - I was 3rd owner - still regret letting it go 25 years ago - used to have Artist Award and Starfire - no regrets here.
    Present guitars - all bought new - F50R 1975 - F512 1977 - F212CSB 1979 - OM-240CE 2018 - Schecter Startocaster
    bought secondhand - B30SB fretless - RED Songbird - White Songbird - D-125 - Gibson 3/4-size acoustic 1957 - Carmelo Gonzales nylon string - old Levin Lute

Thanks for the compliment and clarification, Hans. I believe he had F-30 listed on his web site, so I made the assumption.

Thanks Nuuska. Flash was not allowed, getting decent focus and minimizing the blur was my hope. Didn't have much luck with a couple other attempts.
