Somewhere I think I read Grot describing these as "playing through a transistor radio." I think he nailed it. :emmersed: It's missing the little silver caps on the knobs but otherwise seems quite nice.

Hey, that's cool! Fender-y cosmetics…

I've got a few different battery powered mini amps. Used to take 'em on work trips along with a Steinberger guitar so I could noodle in my hotel room. :)

Grot - what's funny is that I just received that sheet in the mail in a pile of other stuff. It wasn't in the original ad and I was shocked when I saw it because I never saw it before.

I have a Roland MicroCube that's a pretty cool little amp that runs on AA batteries. I've brought it with my when buying guitars to make sure they work.

I never saw that ad before - cool! I had a Model 4, and the "transistor radio" description is spot on!

Hello

A little Guild Model 6 combo would be a nice plus to my three small amps:
- Fender Vibro Champ - silverface - all tubes - basic Fender tube sound - good for almost anything.
- Roland JC-20E - 2x10W Jazz Chorus - same cosmetics as the big ones - all transistors - stereo chorus - good for certain things.
- Schaller Piccolo - 10W part silicon / part germanium transistor combo from 1960:s - tremolo - ( have actually five of them - why ??? - don´t even ask ) - almost as good as Fender.

Gad - is this it ?

Wish they were available in Europe for that kind money...
