That should be Tony Dukes! Met him during the early '80s at one of the early 'Guitar Shows' in Arlington, TX.

By the way, I just watched the documentary "It might get loud" again and at minute 00:52:15 when discussing about The Edge's 6 string Explorer that Gibson Explorer Bass showed up in the window of "We Buy Guitars" in New York. That was the store owned by Richard Friedman who sold the Explorer Bass to Tony Dukes in the early 80ies.
