Dontcha just love it when you do a show for someone, and they say..."we'll get you some video too!"...and then you don't get the video until 6 months after the show? LOL! Well, I guess that's better than never getting it at all! (And THAT'S happened too!)

It was called "Christmas, Country Style...with Johnny Cash". I'm playing "The Kristofferson" F-50R.
We had a Minnie Pearl/June Carter Tribute artist, a trick roper, two magicians, a female country vocal group, another singer and me as JC.

Here's just some short clips of the songs I did. It ended up being a track show. We had talked about using the band, but the producer/director was afraid the show might not sell enough tickets to be able to afford the other acts AND the band! (wrong! It was sold out weeks before the show!)

Great audience, and although I prefer playing with the band, I still had fun! Maybe you'll get a kick out of it.

Thanks guys! I really have fun doing these shows. I have a Neil Diamond Tribute show as well.
And a few times a year I’m hired to portray Dean Martin in a Rat Pack Show, or a Martin & Lewis show, for various casinos and Corp events all over the US.
But I have the most fun in the shows where I can play guitar and sing and do my “multi/tribute” show. And last night, I accidentally added a new segment to the show... the singer/songwriter tribute! I am usually all over the stage, standing up and rocking out, but last night, in the second set, I grabbed a stool and sat down and it just gave me a whole different vibe, so I started doing James Taylor, Gordon Lightfoot, John Sebastian,Donovan and a couple of my original things, and the crowd loved it, and so did the band! They want me to do more of my stuff now! LoL! What a crazy business!
