there's an embedded Vevo video of one his new songs, "No More Cryin'", and the acoustic guitarist is playing a Guild with Marlo Thomas pick guards:

Please!
Being a Richie Havens Signature edition D40, couldn't we at least call 'em "Richies"?

I bow in awe at your ability to ID Guilds in any and all situations.

A compromise is in order: Let us call them Richie Thomas or Marlo Havens models.

How awesome is WXPN and The World Cafe?????

I never thought anyone could replace David Dye as the host but Talia is spot on. Very pretty woman too!

What I like about Talia's interviews is that she digs into the emotion behind the music much more than Mr. Dye. I'm happy that the interwebs and NPR Music's syndication gave WXPN the opportunity to share World Cafe' beyond their over-the-air signal.

David Dye's Sunday WXPN show, "Dave's World" is pretty interesting, too. Digs into some pretty obscure stuff with interesting juxtapositions.

A Guild with double standard design pickguards certainly should be a Ritchie Havens.

A "That Girl" pickguard is more like this!
