Today I made an offer on a 1987 D40, on reverb.com Something occurred to me. Does anybody know how long you are obligated to buy after you make an offer? I could forget about it, and a month later be notified it's time to pony up. Might be broke by then, lol.

Can you go back to Reverb and just say, "this offer is good until Thursday March 14 at 6:00 PM?"
My guess is seller with let you know within 24 hours.

I think that's right. The seller has 24 hours to respond, and I assume if there's no response, that's the same as a denial.

You can always hit the lower right chat button on reverb (during business hours, I guess) and they'll answer promptly. I've chatted with a reverb person numerous times, and they take care of you!
