Copy and paste problems are often an issue with a device. What hardware are you using and are you on the regular site or the mobile version?
There are some behind the scenes tweaking going on and it may be that some setting got unintentionally whacked. So maybe this forum needs to be checked?

Are you just pasting, are are you using the globe/link icon? Or, the movie film icon for a video?

Then, with the video icon. If you’re not seeing those icons in your toolbar, then it has to be an issue with your device.

Youtube links need to use the video tool. Also the link you posted has a " D" at the end of it which I removed.
