Yeah, I was debating buying one of their bass harp bridges with the saddles, just to have a back-up for any future emergency replacements or restorations... hopefully I didn't miss it.
Maybe on the east coast and northeast: not so much in CA.Mopar is common as grass, compared to the 1956 Buick I had.
A LTG member said very recently the phone number only had a YGG answering machine on it but the old service e-mail worked.Couldn't hurt to call them. In the past, that has worked ok.
The complete Customer Service for Cordoba Music Group products in Santa Monica was moved to Yamaha Guitar Group in Calabasas. Hence also the webpage was transferred to the YGG system as you also will see in the footer of the new webpage. I can only guess they bring the old Guild part numbers in the YGG ordering system currently. Why this takes so long, no idea.I just noticed the Guild Parts page on guildguitars.com no longer lists parts. I'd just purchased a Guild Bigsby from them in January, 2024. Does anyone know what prompted this and/or where Guild parts can be purchased?
Thanks for checking it out, MG. Well, it's been down a long time. I think this is Line6 clashing with Guild (CMG). As you said, I hope it can be fixed soon. For many/most of us, going to a dealer is not an option.Just to update anyone who's wondering, I promptly heard back from Guild Customer Service regarding the parts matter and the LB-1 mounting ring (treble bezel):
At this time, we do not have parts available for purchase on our webstore; we expect these bezels to be available later this month.
In the meantime, you would need to place a special order with an Authorized Dealer in order to purchase a new Pickup Bezel.
So it sounds like the parts page may continue to be down for at least a while, but if you go to a dealer, they should be able to middle-man for you. On a sidenote, I appreciate the prompt, friendly response (the above was just an excerpt). It's not too common these days to get that kind of customer service, so cheers to Cordoba Music Group on that front.
Still no coffee mugs under "Merch" (boo!) and the link for "Parts" is gone. I hope that doesn't mean parts will never be available again.
