I like all the DCE series. And missed my old DCE1 so much, that I went and found another to replace it.

I have relatively high standards when it comes to guitars. I have 6 late ‘60’s early 70’s Guilds, as well as several Brazilian Martin D28’s. When I started playing out again, after a 10 plus year hiatus, I bought a D140ce. I had gotten a flyer from Sam Ash and they had it advertised for a ridiculously low price. I had no idea that it was manufactured in China,at the time. In fact, I had the guitar for a couple of years before I discovered that it was made in China. It’s a phenomenal guitar, especially for the price.
