As someone who grew up in the 1960s, I would say that that was what someone who was my parents age or older thought was a kid's version of something "groovy".
As a teen then, I think my brothers and I would have been rolling on the floor laughing when this came on the TV screen.
And now?... I just cringe thinking that someone might see that and think it actually represents the 1960s and the Younger Generation then.
My wife says this video should come with a barf bag.

I used to see Cab Calloway almost every day when I worked at Belmont Park, and he was such a beautiful human. Always called me "son", even though he knew my name.
