Oh my....found in the local GC today......what a sweet guitar. Burst,

Don't know a darn thing about them except this has the moon dots instead of birds....pretty light slim and it is a beast when pushed......

Been looking them up for about an hour and a half, but I didn't find much about them.

Are they US made, good quality?? ANy input would help.

No case but I can't get the sound out of my mind

Are you talking about the PRS McCarthy model? I personally do not have anything to add about that particular model but I'm a PRS believer! Since I traded into My PRS Custom its been my go to guitar. I still buy Guilds but with the PRS in the stable, they dont get much playing time.

Yup a PRS Mccarty hollow body 1999 I checked the serial number..it is at the TGC in Syracuse...kind of plain jane top, pretty but no wow factor but the thing weighs like 3 lbs.....but solid...hard to describe ..but I like it!!

Check the price..does that seem reasonable??

Oh and if that guy does get back to either of us on that Polara I'll check it out for you

I've played a few PRS guitars and liked them all - the hollowbody is very cool, and normally I don't think it will last long at GC, as it is a sought after model that is not very common. There was a hollowbody at my local GC last month that was sold before I could even look at it!
