Hey everyone,
I do like tinkering and building guitars is fun, and when I shopped for a travel size guitar, I found this little thing from Bexgears, on Amazon for $75. Thinking it would be a piece of debris, upon opening and working on it, I was pleasantly surprised. a prewired pickguard, some nice Okumne (Mahogany type?) body and a pretty
nice maple neck with good frets. I drilled and routed for a string though Babciz bridge, and after adjustments....Voila!!!
Scale length is approx 19.5 in. weight: just over 4 lb.
what do we call it? Baby Flyer? Aviatrix? check out my custom headstock design.... Its been fun.....now what tuning to use???
taking it camping.....
