Flooding in New Hartford

The Farmington River flooding RT 44 in New Hartford the road was closed 6 am...... according to WVIT
Don't know if there water near Greenwoods rd factory.....

Oooh, knowing the factory's proximity to the water it could be a big problem there. Thanks for the heads up, Paul. Let us know if you hear anything.

your welcome let ya know if i hear anything...... my guess the building is fine but lower area behind it under water... Farmington River crest late Monday....

Just exchanged mails with JB.... Factory is fine has power and is up and running.....

Not surprised. We had major flooding last year a month or so before the tour and I asked if there was any problem from it. The answer was no, they were fine, so I guess whoever built the mill originally took that into consideration, the Farmington does flood pretty regularly in the spring.

PS How did other members fare? We lost power for about a day, but a lot of areas are still down.
