This beauty just arrived yesterday (5 days late, thanks USPS) safe and sound. After a string change and minor nut slot filing, it plays and sounds great. This is my second Tacoma after picking up a DM9 last year. I've been without a smaller body guitar for awhile and this one fits the bill. The bigger lower bout and deeper body definitely give it a bigger sound than your typical parlor. It has a bit of the well documented Tacoma rash on the neck but the body is flawless. Here are a couple pics and a quick video demo.

I didn't even know they made a model like this, Dave. Very few must've gotten out there. All I ever remember were their dreads and the "Papoose" I think they called it.

They made like 50+ models including several parlor models in mahogany, RW, koa with different trim levels. You don't see them too often but they're out there.

Love that one - Congrats! Along with their many guitar models, Tacoma also had a line of flat-top mandolins with an offset paisley-shaped soundhole (as also seen on some of their guitars).
