What are these inlays? From a early 60s Guild

Can't recall ever seeing those before, suspect they were added later.
Have seen slotted diamonds, stars, and arabesque motifs, and think I would've remembered those.
Knowing model might help.
If it was one of those that came standard with "dots" then adding those would've been pretty easy.
Hans recently ID'd the source of those "arabesque" inlays that were used on early F512's and F612's, so he may recognize 'em.

According to The Guild Guitar Book (1995) by Hans Moust, the F-212 was introduced in 1964. The early production guitars had no inlays on the rosewood fingerboard, only side position dots. So, custom inlays were probably added sometime later. The book also states that... "Early Guild 12-string guitars usually have flat fingerboards (no radius)."
