How concerned would you be about this fretboard?

I wouldn't be worried about the frets on that GAD. They might be remedied by leveling & dressing the frets, replacing one or two only if necessary.

Here's the deal with that, not to be taken as "bashing" the MIC's, but, when the expense of new frets is added to the purchase price of the guitar, all of a sudden you're within spitting distance of simply buying a new guitar.
And just dressing 'em carries its own set of compromises on tone and playability.
At the extreme, ten years ago, full refret on the D25:
$250. (Done)
Full dress and re-crown $100.00 (Why bother since it's just a stopgap anyway and I could afford not to have to compromise?)
What would that do to the total price of an '06 GAD 30?
And whether or not the frets on that GADF30are OK for you is a matter of your personal style.
The notches tend to mute roll-offs and hammers if you do a lot of those, down there.
