Great stuff!

That's definitely one of the best quality live videos of the Beatles ever. From the Circus-Nrone-Bau, Muich, Germany, 6/24/66.

Both the video and especially the audio are great - a lot less screaming from the fans at this show. The relatively new (to the Beatles) Epiphone Casinos sound tremendous, the Beatles are rocking, and Lennon is having a blast!

Very cool! I think they were using AC-100s at this point. Pretty loud amps!

Yeah, I was struck by the (for the time) quality of both the audio and video. I wonder if the screaming was somehow scrubbed digitally. I recall reading somewhere that the screaming was a major factor that soured them on playing live.

Of course, by then they were doing a lot of stuff in the studio that couldn't really be replicated on stage anyway.

The vocals are so muffled vs the guitars. Not sure what was up with the sound guy.
Look at the mic placement. All mics are doubled, one for the PA, the other for recording. The recording vocal mics (which look liked a Beyer Dynamics and probably have a tight sound field) look like they are a foot behind and several inches below the PA mics, which are the mics they are singing directly into while the recording mics are more faint, and also picking up a lot of stage volume from the amps/drums. I bet if the heads of both mics were just inches apart this recording would be stellar!
