Yep it's me, bought a 74' Guild D40 in excellent condition with high quality gig bag (Levi). Had a neck set last month, frets polished, cleaned and polished and a new Fishman pup system installed. Original saddle (tall) so action awesome but can come down more if that's how you like it. Gorgeous, clean top with nice figuring and grain. I think I am just a Gibson guy and will continue to use my 1959 SJ for gigs. Will ship on your dime (Pirate Ship) but I'll handle insurance on my policy through Heritage. Has a few marks on the back and a small nick or two no back of neck but is a super clean guitar overall...and 50 years old. I've taken care of all the needed work, here's your chance at a guitar that needs nothing for the rest of your or my lifetime. $1,750.

Good luck, Rich. She is pretty. Hard to beat the age old recipe of solid spruce over solid hog. 70's Guilds already reset and in good playing condition are real treats. That's how I found my '78 D-35. Nice age on that top and such a nice warm looking mahogany.

I'm still having doubts..I may have the saddle lowered to where my other guitars are..that may make me like it more ass it does sound terrific

If it sounds anywhere as nice as how it looks, then I can see having doubts...
