I doubt it (but see below). The ad was posted from a brick and mortar store. The people I talk to who own and operate brick and mortar stores with an online component have a constant struggle to keep online and in person activities synchronized. They all have at least one story about an order coming in from the web just as a walk in buyer walked out with the instrument or the walk in buyer who misses out because the staff just started processing an online sale. Depending upon how the shop operates there is a time lag between when a sale is "accepted" and when all listings are updated and some buyers can have bad timing.That could mean it was a scammer. The good shops have fine print that says the item is being offered for sale elsewhere and that the item may sell elsewhere.
If it is a scam they went through the effort to put up a credible website.
But if you want to be suspicious the Reverb ad says

and there are signs (See Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions) that the web site is not complete, even though the domain was registered in 2005.
So either this is a real Bricks & Mortar shop and the issues noted are what you might expect from a business run by musicians or it is a fairly sophisticated scam, probably designed to harvest payment information, that includes a plausible website, Reverb credibility to be called a Preferred Seller and almost 300 feedback entries.
The physical address on the website seems to have a guitar store/storage business at that location and there were three phone numbers listed.
We need to check in with @drc in about six months and see if there have been any unauthorized credit card charges.

Wouldn't be the first time I was 100% wrong. What Cheryl Wheeler called "Frequently wrong but never in doubt."In fairness when I started writing I thought there was no basis for your suggestion and you just had no experience with retailing unique items on line and in person. But as I dug deeper the case that you were 100% wrong weakened, so I decided to report with less judgement than I might have
My personal opinion is the website can be explained by something that has not gotten a lot of attention because Reverb is the preferred advertising source and "Online Only" might just be a Covid policy that has not been updated. But having gone through this effort I would talk to someone before I placed an order. Luckily they had nothing in stock I am interested in
