I decided it was time to relocate this "new" guitar today and here's the finished head w/ new strings in place.

It was a fun project and I now have an even greater respect for luthiers and their combination of skill and patience. I just wanted to get it home and play it, and man does it sound great!
Can't keep my hands off it! :wink:

That is such an awesome body style, I'd love to have a 6 string version as well!

Nice! Did they replace the whole headstock veneer (using the old inlay), or just plug the extra holes? Dave

There's no "they" there. I did all the work myself and I plugged the extra holes, head and bridge.
The end result has me smiling. :D
