I only wish I had Joe's talent with a camera and setting up a photoshoot.

My camera is old and cheap and I'm not much of a Paparazzo but after seeing Joe's photo from three years ago I thought I take a couple of pictures of my current Guilds.

That's "Old Scratch" laid out flat on the cushions. 8) I still need to get a nut made and re-install the tuning keys. Just had too much going on to get-er-done.

Maybe I'm just lazy.

You don't really need that many do you?

  Steffan

Stef, a guy up the road less than five miles from me has a mint ’86 D25M with an active Fishman installed. I’m supposed to go take a look but I’m afraid to because I know what an impulse buyer I am.

I'd almost bet I'll be having another NGD very soon. :D

Admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery.

George, another thought on shooting the family is to arrange them on the floor and shoot from above, if you can up high enough. I had to stand on a chair with a the camera basically pressed against the ceiling to get these shots. The nice thing about having them on the floor is they won't fall down as you're setting them up.

Will the circle be unbroken?

Broken, and erased ... by Guilds. In my ever-changing herd, all the guitars in the above photos have gone, replaced by Guilds

that, in turn, were finally replaced by these.

Dadgummed George  , when you get ready to retire you can open a guitar shop, sell what you have and make a fortune. You'll have to get Bing to tell you the story, but I think that is actually much the way Bing got started with his shop.

Those are fabulous shots!!! 8)

The thought of guitars falling over and banging into each other certainly crossed my mind as I was sitting them up for the photo.

Thanks for the tip. Love the pictures!!
