Old time jazz : the guy on the left reminds me of Django and Gypsy Jazz. Good feel, melodic sense and expressivity... I like it.

Django is about the only French musician that really matters for the whole world, among real music fans (!) it seems...
I'm not even sure he has ever been French though, as he was born in Belgium (from a traveling family), and although he did most of his career (and lived most of his life too) in France :giggle:

Ah, it's the guy on the left who has the French name, I didn't know : he may well be French yes (didn't know him though) - the other folk is good too - ; France is not a nice country for music I think (I've read things about Django's problems within his work, where he was told things like 'okay, we'll take you again, but this time just play the songs, no impro right ?' ;):ROFLMAO:🤕) :giggle:...
There are quite a few guys who play well that kind of "Gipsy Jazz" (manouche it's called here)...But this folk has more of this "feeling" (as often named)...Many play real fast (and well). Romane, Steve Laffont, Tchavolo Shmitt to name a few... Sometimes a bit differently too
