There must have been bucket brigade ICs (probably Reticon SAD 1024) for the chorus and delay, as that's how it was done then. No digital, though.

Actualy I think bucket-brigade-circuit is a sampler - controlled by clock-frequency - therefore digital.

Still have few 1024 and 512 in stock - and a bunch of MXR schematics that they sent me way back then.

Only listened to the first track, nothing else matters. OK muso's, get that chord progression down, do not disregard the Diminished and Augmented bits, and get your bias-modulated tremolo cooking! :p

popped it into the Blaupunkt system of my Renault Fuego Turbo

@James Hart Oh Man! I wanted that car sooo bad when it first came out, had a Renault dealer literally down the street. I guess in retrospect "our" decision on a Volvo 242 was the most prudent, LOL I did eventually get a Blaupunkt cassette stereo and Phillips speakers into it though...in Finland! @Nuuska :) (in Kannus)

mine was exactly like this one... except ALL the gaudy white pinstripes and that huge 'Turbo' were removed. They had a mechanical waste gate on the turbo, it was 'hot rodded' with some spacers (a few washers) to increase the turbo to 14psi... and the exhaust was upgraded to a straight pipe after the cat. It exceeded the speedometer's limit but I ran it head to head with a similar vintage 911 Turbo on Rt 80 west near the Gap who said I was holding about 145mph steady

My father had bought it new but let me take over payments when he moved to an 85 Mustang coupe with the GT drivetrain. That deal happened a month before the start of my Senior year of HS. I traded it in on an 87 Jeep Wrangler in late 86 after I rebuilt the turbo a second time ;)

Sounds, in places, a lot like Peter Greene's voice -- nice.

That blonde singer reminded me of british tv-series Absolutely Fabulous - Patsy Stone - played by Joanna Lumley.

But as talented she is - I doubt she ever sang background for Clapton
