Hey Don, I might be interested in the MIJ Tele, if it's vintage-style, especially if it's one of those '90s Customs. I'm pretty well set it the Strat dept, though and never got along too well with the satin necks on the Am. Stds

I have replaced the knobs with ones with abalone or black pearl, don't remember which. The pickups are Lindy Fralin SPs. Not sure if they are 42 or 43. It has been a player but still looks great. I also have the Fender/Levy strap with the black pearl moto insert.

Don, that is highly appealing. I could get my Cropper on, lol. Right now I'm down to just a thinline parts tele (maple/ash/Antiquity bridge and strat neck p/u) and an ASAT, so this would nicely cover some different ground. Tell me more about the Fralins, or send me a PM if you don't want me spamming this thread to death, lol.

I'll re-check when I get home. Memory is closer to 5/8 and 11/16, though.

1 5/8". Maybe a smidge wider, but closer to 5/8 than 11/16.
