Hey gang,
I was just looking up some specs on the Oxnard D-20, and I found the following on Guild's web site. It appears you can order guitars through the following online retailers:
Sweetwater,
Musician's Friend,
Guitar Center,
Chicago Music Exchange.
I don't know if this was discussed elsewhere here, but being able to order Oxnard builds on these big online stores is both great and scary from my point of view. I know New Hartford could never consider Guitar Center, for example, as a distributor because they couldn't make the production numbers work. Guitar Center usually lets you order online for a local store delivery, for example, and with normal GC return policy. And, I think this opens up the market for folks to get their hands on some great Guilds that would otherwise not have access to them since GC is everywhere.
Anyway, though this may be old news for some of you, I think this is great. I hope it works out for CMG.
