Played this little jewel last weekend. Spruce/hog, 000 size. For $350, I thought it was a swell little git. I always forget how comfy those small bodies are.
I find myself leaning more and more toward the small bodies.
They are very comfortable to have and to hold....and to play.

Hey Tony, I'm a big fan both of the OM/000 size guitars in general and of Blueridges. The Blueridges are absurdly nice for the price...or even for a lot more. I have a BR163 -- solid rosewood back and sides and solid spruce top. I also have BR43 -- laminated back and sides and solid spruce top. Both of those little Blueridges are fantastic guitars. Surprisingly, the 43 is as loud and lively as the solid wood 163. I also used to have a BR160, the solid rosewood and spruce dread, but I gave that up when I realized I had all the volume I needed from the smaller guitars.

I owned a Blueridge BR-63 for a few years. I wasn't looking to buy a guitar at the time.
I simply made the mistake of picking it up and strumming some chords on it. It blew me away!
I used it as my travel guitar during that time.
I wound up selling it to help fund my new Baritone guitar.

Blueridge makes some very nice guitars.
I put them up there with the GAD Guilds and Eastman as the top 3 imports out of China.

Blueridge & GAD's are made in the same facility....at least they were when the GAD line first came out. I've had several Blueridge go through my basement/hobby shop & have really loved every one of them. Can't say I'm happy to see them on MF now. Not much help for the small shops trying to compete.

If you wish to support a smaller dealer, Maurys Music have the best deals on these Blueridge guitars. Is only $14 cheaper but savings are always a nice thing. I bought several high end Martins and 2 Blueridges from Maury's. If you call them then you get a better deal maybe a hard case for free like I did.

Agreed. Maury's is an excellent outlet. Their Martin/Blueridge comparison chart is useful and includes A/B demos of some of the models.

They make a nice guitar. I got my wife a Blueridge OM electric/acoustic, rosewood sides and back, spruce top with yellow toner, cutaway--for our anniversary a few years ago. Sounds great, plays great, and it's a lot more comfortable to hold onto than my big ol' Larrivee jumbo. She even lets me borrow it sometimes...
