I had seen the larger Tenor version on Youtube in early 2011: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fHU3O1VHKcWere you in Hawaii in 2011?

So I contacted Ken Cameron, the owner of Hilo Guitars & Ukuleles in Hilo/Hawaii. I wanted a Concert size, not the larger Tenor, and Ken told me that Joe (the owner of Kanile'a) had planned 50 of the Tenor size but also just started two in Concert size! So Ken called Joe and in a short time number 2 of the Concert size was mine! (Number 1 stays at Kanile'a). It took a couple of month however until it was finished and shipped to me.
I actually was in Hawaii in May 2012, but on Maui, so I couldn't visit the Kanile'a factory, which is on Oahu (where also Honolulo is). But I met Kristen and Joe, the owners, at NAMM in Anaheim in January this year and they remembered my Uke very well.
Yes, just in the main sidestreet, Calle Linares No.871 to be exact (that's what my invoice shows).I think I went to the store in that video, in 2011. Is it located around Sagarnaga street?
The Charango you got also looks very nice!
