Thanks, if I had a spare 1-10 in my possesion, I would certianly hook u up with it. I'm also pretty set on the 1-9/tone, but thank you very kindly for the offer.

that 1-9 tone knob may go all the way back to Hoboken actually (looks like it may!). I believe the 1-10's started in the early-mid 70's, but there was overlap for sure.

the knob u have currently is much harder to find than the one you are looking for. and at the end of the day, a Newark Street 1-10 can be made to fit on that shaft. for now just keep an antennae up. Someone here may be able to help u out

no idea on the bridge. someone else here knows for sure.

Fabulous, Mavuser - thanks. Truly the 1-9 knob looks worn and old.. I may just keep it as souvenir of past NJ/RI glory.

The idiot we can all be at times sold the two Westerly Guilds I used to own, and now I kick myself daily for not having jumped on Starfires (et al.) when the prices were much lower than now.. no point in crying over spilt milk though, spes ultima dea (and I own scores of cool guitars anyhow, just not as many Guilds as I'd like..).

I forgot to post an image of the back - please excuse me.

Impressively clean for twenty years old and the maple has a subtle pattern which I favor over wide ribbons and BBQ stripes.
This is more like a map... it tells a story...
