D-125 owners?

Can anyone tell me anything about the D-125 please? Whilst I'd rather a USA made, it does have the right spec for me (all solid, 42.8mm nut etc).
I've got the opportunity to get a 2014 one for not much more than £250/$300...would probably fit a pickup for open-mics etc.
