1st post, so hello to all of you fellow Guild owners.
I have a 1972 D-25 (mahogany top, back & sides, flat back) which is a few numbers away from this guy's guitar but that's where the resemblance ends  .
Most of you won't have heard of Freddie White, but growing up in the backwater that was Ireland of the 60s and 70s, he was an inspiration for us aspiring pickers with his Guild D-25 which he bought new in London in 1972.
When he landed a support slot for an Eric Clapton tour in the later 1970s we were with him note for note.
Enjoy the intimate sounds of a Guild D25 in the hands of Freddie White.

Huggin' and Chalkin'
Martha
Material Mile
Gypsy Moth
He's back after a long absence from his home country and still playing that same D-25, so if you're in Ireland, go see him.

Lastly, thanks to all of you for providing this great resource for Guild, the dark horse of the guitar world.
