I stupidly left my D2612ce in a gig bag leaning against a table. It fell over and broke off the tuning button of the wound D string. I went to the Guild site and found replacement tuners for the Westerly series and ordered one. The picture didn't have the embossed "G" on the back but I figured it was my own fault for being careless.
I gad a spare tuner to use while I waited it didn't match, but it dropped in and worked fine.
The guild tuner arrived and it not only had no "G" but the button didn't match either. I sent an email to Guild right away explaining the problem and giving the model number,
The next day I goy a reply from Tyler at Cordoba saying yeah that's not the right tuner for that guitar. He'd already ordered the right one for me and it was on the way. It arrived in a few days and I installed it and it looks like nothing ever happened.
I just wanted the community to know that Cordoba treats it's customers well.
I'm one of those guys who distrusts anything not from the Westerly factory, so I thought I'd share this. I've been won over by Cordoba.

Seriously my own fault. I could have emailed before I ordered. They did send what I ordered. Yes it would have been nice if they had more options on the parts page, but they did make it right immediately.

Ah... If this is a story of you making a mistake and them promptly correcting it with minimal hassle, then Yes, They Done Good!
